    • Shell swap into eXtremeRate's black shell
    • Swap the top LCD with an authentic original Nintendo one
    • Repair the bubbling on the bottom screen; replace digitizer if needed, and remove and reapply screen protectors (I will include extras for the future as well)
    • Reuse the OEM ABXY/DPAD button rubber pads
